A DIFFERENT KIND OF CUSTOMER RECORD

Why we are building this

Every CRM asks a person to compress a messy quarter into fixed fields, and then blames them for the data being bad. The data is bad because the model is wrong.

Conversation first

Keep the context people already share.

Evidence in view

Make it easy to check where a detail came from.

People decide

Leave important edits and deal judgement with your team.

See it in a minute

One conversation, from the end of a call to an up-to-date customer record.

What the video says

The call is over. But the CRM isn't.

Update the customer. Write the notes. Add the follow-up. Update the deal.

Too much time goes into maintaining the CRM.

What if you didn't have to update your CRM? What if you could just talk?

Just spoke with Sarah from Acme. They're interested in the enterprise plan, but they need to review the pricing with their team. I'll follow up next Tuesday.

Just talk to Linka.

Linka picks out who, what and when, and keeps the sentence each one came from.

One click to confirm, and the customer record is up to date. No manual data entry.

All from one conversation.

Linka. Your conversations become your CRM. Spend less time maintaining your CRM, and more time with your customers.

The bet

Sales people do not avoid their CRM because they are lazy. They avoid it because it charges a data-entry tax and pays them back in reports nobody asked for. Linka inverts the contract: the system does the data entry, and the person does the judgement. Conversation is the input. Structure is a derived, disposable, always-regenerable output.

Why every fact carries its source

An AI reading a CRM record sees a stage and an amount. An AI reading the eleven emails underneath sees that a security objection from week two was never answered, and that the person who signs has gone quiet. The second one is useful, and it is also the one you cannot check — unless every claim it makes points at the sentence it came from. That is why the citation is not a feature here. It is the format.

What we will not do

We do not train on your customers’ conversations, and the models we call are configured to retain nothing. We do not write the two numbers a deal is judged on — amount and close date stay yours to type. And we do not quietly change a record: everything Linka proposes waits for a person to agree, and the record of who agreed is not something an administrator can erase.

Useful memory should travel with the team

Customer context should not disappear when a teammate changes roles, goes on leave, or hands an account over. Linka makes the conversation history easier to revisit, so a team can pick up the relationship with the reasons behind the latest decision still in view.

Try it on one account.

It takes one conversation to see whether the record it writes is one you would have written.
